TECHNICAL OPERATION SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION

This job requires you to be at a very busy front-line. You will be responsible for monitoring applications and escalating abnormalities when the application is not performing as expected. In addition, you will also be assisting internal teams or external customers who are also using the application. See more details below:

Proficient in English and Chinese.

Support is a 24hr/7days job. Must work in shifts and occasionally on holidays and weekends.

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent (no working experience needed).

Multitasking is required. Able to be responsible for main tasks and different roles assigned. The main task will be monitoring application, escalating clear log report, supporting internal teams or client request or inquiry, tracking incident reports and post-mortem follow up with IT.

Knowing our products and internal processes inside and out so that you can answer customer’s questions with correct and smart answers.

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills with fast typing skills to communicate with internal teams or clients.

Works well within the team, cross-teams and multiple clients. Able to foster a good working relationship with high EQ. Actively contributes to a positive team and company culture.

Willing to accept challenges, has a good attitude, and has the ability to time manage wisely and responsibly based on the delivery timeline as well as implement changes from time to time after constructive feedback.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

SOFTWARE TESTER JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. This job requires you to conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team and IT team on UI & UX design and software bugs respectively. In addition, you should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge on software programming and software testing. See more details below:

Proficient in English and Chinese

Bachelor’s degree in IT and testing experience is not required.

Keen and enthusiastic in testing applications to ensure accuracy, integrity, and interoperability. To achieve the specified functionality in all test cycles using different test methods and strategies that drive efficient test coverage while maintaining the quality.

Good logical and analyzing skills. Able to use different types of methods to test the application to create the best UX while meeting the functional requirements.

Ability to create a clear outline and define concerns and solutions while maintaining positive working relationships. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

AUTOMATION DEVELOPER
JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for turning manual work into the automation test robots. You will be required to create an efficient system to manage all automations and processes that you have developed. In addition, creating a functional test plan and test cases from the defined project features and automating the executions of those tests. You will also be working on multiple client project applications at the same time as well. See more details below:

Proficient in English and Chinese.

Bachelor’s degree in IT with at least 1 year of working experience in software or test automation and development.

Must have experience in creating a system from back-end till front-end using Python (Django, Flask), C#, React JS, PostgreSQL, Docker, Nginx, Git.

As a Performance Tester, you must have experience in creating an end to end and functional integration tests, API tests and automations using Selenium WebDriver.
